Kajabi - We have used Kajabi for 7 years to create and "host" all our online courses and member portals. Super easy to use and professional for the customer. Has built-in integration with video hosting (Wistia) and payment solution (Stripe) - as they make the system technology much easier to handle while giving you more flexibility and options.
Normally costs $ 149 per month, but if you choose an annual subscription, you get a 20% discount compared to the monthly price: $ 119 $ / month.
Stripe
Stripe - to accept payment from customers! You can use Stripe as "stand alone" or integrated with Kajabi - which makes it easy to set up offers, payment buttons and professional "check out" pages and follow the payment history of your customers. Payment is made by credit or debit card.
Zoom
Zoom - is a webinar and online meeting system we just love. Super easy to use + lots of smart features. Use it for meetings and webinars - both with customers and for free workshops online. A MUST system to use..

Aweber - is an email system for building your email list and sending out auto-reply emails (which go out automatically to your people). Our recommended "email service provider" - one of the first programs you need to get..
LeadPages
LeadPages - allows you to easily and quickly create your professional landing, opt-in and sales pages. Super easy to integrate with other systems (Aweber, webinar systems, WordPress, Stripe). We have the subscription "Standard Pro Annual". Not sure what you need? Start with the cheapest basic package
STORAGE AND FILE SHARING SYSTEMS
Dropbox
Dropbox - for storing and sharing files. Great for teams but also if you work alone. Because you always have access to all your files on different machines / "devices". And changes are updated in the cloud - so you only have ONE version of the files. Our entire business is stored and organized in Dropbox in a system that everyone can easily find in. We no longer store files on the hard drive. Start using it today if you are not already doing so. (Free program)
Google Drive (Disk)
Google Drive (Disk) - like Dropbox a "cloud-sharing" system where several can work on the files at the same time - and all changes in the files back in time are saved. Many uses in addition to file sharing and storage. For example: 1) Create surveys and 2) Share PDF files and free material that we use in list building - so the PDF is hosted from google drive via a link. Free.
Vimeo
Vimeo - was previously our favorite for hosting videos we use on optin and sales sites and free courses, etc. Now we only use Kajabi since video hosting is integrated in Kajabi. (If you do not have Kajabi, Wistia is also a good alternative for video hosting).
Zapier
Zapier - is a smart tool that easily integrates different systems that do not talk to each other. Ex: when a customer buys and online courses, she will automatically be registered in different systems with us. Zapier fixes this automation for us :)
